Job summary

Santander UK is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor at the Penzance Branch, working 35 hours per week on a rota basis. You will greet customers, handle transactions, assist with technology in the banking hall, and respond to calls from our contact centre.

You will build relationships and identify solutions to improve service in a dynamic, multi-skilled environment. You will thrive on variety, be a proactive listener, and contribute to a culture of innovation and risk-conscious service.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service (face-to-face or telephony).
• Strong communication to understand customer needs.
• Effective team working with a flexible, can-do approach.
• Openness to a broad range of activities outside standard expectations.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for customers in branch or over the phone.
• Assist with day-to-day transactions, queries and servicing.
