New Balance is seeking a retail associate to engage, educate and entertain customers from the moment they walk in. You will contribute to store performance, KPIs and deliver exceptional customer experiences while following company guidelines.

The role emphasizes teamwork, strong communication and a passion for retail with opportunities for development, staff discount and involvement across our European locations.

Qualifications

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES

• To achieve personal KPIs and contribute to overall store performance
• Deliver total customer satisfaction to every customer, following the end-to-end customer journey – from entering the store to leaving the store
• Help to ensure the store remains as commercial as possible following company guidelines
• Adhere to company’s policies and procedures
• Responsible for maintaining health, safety, and environmental standards in store
• Perform other duties that are required from the management team
