New Balance is seeking enthusiastic retail associates to join our Ellesmere Port store. You will engage customers, deliver excellent service, and help drive sales while maintaining store standards. Training is provided, with a flexible weekend/holiday schedule to support our European operations.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES

• To achieve personal KPIs and contribute to overall store performance
• Deliver total customer satisfaction to every customer, following the end-to-end customer journey – from entering the store to leaving the store
• Help to ensure the store remains as commercial as possible following company guidelines
• Adhere to company’s policies and procedures
• Responsible for maintaining health, safety, and environmental standards in store
• Perform other duties that are required from the management team
