Job summary

New Balance in the United Kingdom is seeking retail associates to engage, excite, educate and entertain customers from the moment they walk through the door.

You will help to achieve personal KPIs, deliver total customer satisfaction and maintain a welcoming store environment, with a focus on inclusivity and strong product knowledge across our European locations.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• To achieve personal KPIs and contribute to overall store performance
• Deliver total customer satisfaction to every customer, following the end-to-end customer journey – from entering the store to leaving the store
• Help to ensure the store remains as commercial as possible following company guidelines
• Adhere to company’s policies and procedures
• Responsible for maintaining health, safety, and environmental standards in store
• Perform other duties that are required from the management team

REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:
