Job summary

New Balance in Swindon is seeking a store associate supervisor who can engage, excite and educate customers from the moment they walk through the door. You will support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations, lead a team, drive sales and ensure excellent customer service throughout the store.

You will analyse performance, train staff on NB technologies and products, manage scheduling, and contribute to a loss-prevention mindset while upholding company policies and delivering a great in-store

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory role is essential.
• Strong customer service skills and passion for retail.
• Ability to lead, coach and develop a team.
• Knowledge of retail KPIs and how to impact sales.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
• Excellent communication and maths basics.

Responsibilities

• Analyses store performance and adjusts to improve productivity.
• Delivers outstanding customer service to boost sales and customer experience.
• Trains and guides team on products, NB technologies and seasonal goods.
• Coordinates rota and scheduling.
• Supports recruitment, induction and development of staff.
• Acts as key holder, managing sales, stock and customer queries.
