Job summary

adidas Swindon is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and coach the team. You will manage inventory, customer service, HR and training in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 months of work experience in a sports/fashion retail environment, with 12+ months in Assistant Store Management.

Responsibilities

• Promote a high-performance and winning culture by working collaboratively with your team and help set clear expectations whilst leading by example and living our values.
