Job summary

New Balance Athletic Shoes (UK) Limited is seeking a proactive Store Supervisor to lead a busy retail floor. You will coach the team, drive sales, and ensure exceptional customer service while upholding brand standards across our locations.

You will analyse store performance, coordinate scheduling, manage stock and loss prevention, and support the Store Manager in daily operations. The role requires weekend and holiday availability and a passion for sport and retail.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience in retail.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and coach a team.
• Knowledge of retail KPIs and POS systems.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
• Desire to learn and develop within a brand.

Responsibilities

• Analyses store performance (bestsellers, space, etc.) and adjusts to boost productivity.
• Delivers excellent customer service and grows sales through the customer experience.
• Leads and coaches the store team to meet brand standards.
• Supports recruitment, induction, and development of staff.
• Coordinates rota and scheduling; manages stock and loss prevention.
• Acts as key holder and represents the store on the shop floor and back of house.
