Job Description

As the crisp winter air settles in and guests come together to enjoy cosy, memorable moments, we’re excited to welcome dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our Restaurant Team at Potters Resorts Five Lakes. Winter brings a warm, inviting atmosphere across the resort — and it’s the perfect time to begin a permanent role where you can grow, learn, and become part of our long‑term team.

We’re looking for friendly, energetic, and hardworking people who take pride in delivering great service. Whether you’re just starting out in hospitality or already have experience, we welcome anyone with a positive attitude and a passion for creating brilliant dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Greet guests warmly and ensure every dining experience feels welcoming and memorable. This includes taking orders and answering menu queries.
• Food & Beverage Service: Serve food and drinks efficiently and professionally, keeping service smooth during busy periods.
• Maintaining Cleanliness: Ensure dining areas, tables, and utensils remain clean, tidy, and sanitised. Clear plates, reset tables, and support overall cleanliness.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues and communicate effectively with the kitchen team to keep service running seamlessly.
• Health & Safety: Follow all hygiene, food handling, and safety guidelines to maintain a safe, high‑quality environment for guests and team members.

Hours:
Full Time:
40 hours per week
Split shifts – 3 shifts per day (details below)
5 days out of 7, including weekends and bank holidays

Rates of Pay: Pay rates are dependent upon age.

• £12.21 per hour – Over 21
• £10.00 per hour – Ages 18–20
