A prominent NHS Foundation Trust in Manchester is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee all aspects of meal production and service for staff, visitors, and patients. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, managing staffing levels and rotas, and supporting recruitment and training processes. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Restaurant Manager to join us and be responsible for the supervision and organisation of all aspects of production, distribution and service of meals to staff, visitors and patients in the restaurant, functions and hospitality through-out the site and any associated duties.
You will need to analyse till data (Epos) to effectively plan and adjust menus in relation to service requirements, customer trends and needs.
