Paramount Personnel is recruiting a Restaurant Manager for a luxury Hotel in the Newquay area.

The Restaurant Manager main duties are to oversee the smooth running of the hotel restaurant, work closely with the Bar Manager, Head Chef, and report to senior management. You will be hands-on and driven to deliver a personal, memorable & outstanding level of service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the upkeep of all restaurant and public areas, cash up and security, and training your team members to the required standard. You will have full financial responsibility for the department and will monitor wage cost %, Conversion rates and any other KPIs put in place by senior management.

The Restaurant Manager must have previous experience in a similar role, preferably at Michelin or multi-Rosette level, and be focused on providing a consistently high standard of customer service. Live-in accommodation is available.
