Key Responsibilities

We’re on the hunt for an ambitious Restaurant Manager who thrives on creating memorable experiences for guests and loves nothing more than inspiring & developing a happy, motivated team. You’ll need to be just as comfortable keeping an eye on costs as you are keeping the good vibes rolling. Bringing experience from a premium, branded, full table-service setting – whether a buzzing restaurant or a cozy gastro pub – is great. If your journey’s been a bit different, don’t let that stop you. We’d love to hear your story.

Qualifications

• Experience in a premium, branded, full table-service setting (e.g., restaurant or gastro pub).
• Ability to manage costs, lead teams and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Willingness to grow with the group and adapt to varied sites.
