Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Restaurant Manager to lead the operation of our training restaurant, The Copper Pot within the School of Creative and Service Industries. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the learner experience by providing students with real-world, industry-standard practice in a commercial environment.

You will oversee the day-to-day running of the restaurant, support staff and learners in service delivery, ensure the highest standards of customer experience, and embed strong links between industry practice and curriculum delivery. You will be enthusiastic and passionate about creative and skills-driven education, working closely with curriculum colleagues to ensure students gain meaningful, hands-on experience in professional settings. With a focus on mentoring and coaching, you will play a vital role in preparing learners for progression into the hospitality industry.
