Salary: £32-36,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Full-time - permanent - straight daytime shifts - alternate weekends off

Own transport as the site is not accessible by public transport.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to take the lead in a busy, well established venue - working straight daytime shifts only, with no evenings ever!

The role :

As Restaurant Manager you will oversee the day-to-day operation of this busy, quality and customer service led restaurant. You'll lead from the front - ensuring smooth service, inspiring your team, and maintaining the highest standards of food, service and presentation.

Key responsibilities include :
  • Managing all daily restaurant operations
  • Controlling labour, stock, budgets and costs to achieve financial targets
