Restaurant Manager – Full Time, Permanent £30,000

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead operations for our authentic Indian restaurant. You’ll oversee all areas of service and bar operations, ensuring outstanding hospitality, smooth teamwork, and consistent high standards.

Because our kitchen team specialises in truly authentic Indian cuisine, we’re ideally looking for someone who can communicate confidently in Hindi to support strong collaboration between kitchen and front‑of‑house.

You’ll be supported by the Assistant General Manager and will occasionally assist in our second on‑site restaurant, though this role is focused primarily on Sea Spice.

What You’ll Do
  • Deliver exceptional guest service and product knowledge every day
  • Run the department efficiently, maximising revenue and controlling costs
  • Build a strong sales culture within the team
  • Be the face of the restaurant, developing great relationships with regular guests
  • Lead, train and motivate the team, encouraging growth and development
  • Work a mix of morning and evening shifts, Monday–Sunday
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in a managerial role within hospitality
  • 3+ years restaurant experience (required)
  • 1+ year hotel experience (preferred)
  • Ability to speak Hindi (preferred)
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
