Job summary

Dobbies Garden Centres Ltd is seeking Restaurant Customer Advisors to deliver an exceptional guest experience across our Restaurants. You will help customers with transactions, promote the Dobbies Club membership and provide product knowledge, including allergen information.

You’ll work as part of a busy team, assisting with stock, cash handling and restaurant service, while ensuring food safety and a welcoming atmosphere for customers in-store and on the floor.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles, hospitality exposure is a plus.
• Strong team player with a positive can-do attitude.
• Reliable, punctual and well-presented with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service across the restaurant and store areas.
• Assist with transactions, queries and promotions, including Dobbies Club membership benefits.
• Help maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant and store.
• Support stock, till work, take-to-car deliveries and general stock control as needed.
