Job summary

Dobbies Garden Centres Ltd is seeking Restaurant Customer Advisors to deliver exceptional customer experiences in our restaurants, assist with queries and promote the Dobbies Club membership. A strong service mindset and knowledge of allergies and dietary requirements are valued.

You will work on the shop floor and in restaurant areas, handling transactions and stock tasks, contributing to a busy, welcoming environment for customers and colleagues alike.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer facing roles in hospitality or retail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Enthusiasm for delivering great customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service across the store and restaurant areas.
• Promote the Dobbies Club membership to drive sales and engagement.
• Assist customers with queries, including dietary needs and product knowledge.
• Help keep the store clean and well presented, including restaurant service areas.
• Support stock, till work, and general store operations as required.
