• Experience in a customer facing role within hospitality.
• Passion for delivering great customer experiences with a smile.
• Able to work in a busy, fast-paced environment and within a team.

Responsibilities

• Give excellent customer service across the store.
• Drive sales via customer interactions and promote the Dobbies Club.
• Help with queries, product knowledge, allergies and dietary requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the store and assist on shopfloor.
• Assist with stock, till work, deliveries and stock control when needed.
