Are you a passionate hospitality professional ready to take full ownership of a busy restaurant and bar? We are looking for an experienced and hands‑on Restaurant & Bar Manager to lead a talented front‑of‑house team, maintain the highest standards, and deliver unforgettable experiences for every guest.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to lead the front‑of‑house operations in a prestigious 4‑star hotel with an outstanding restaurant and bar. You will be responsible for driving service excellence, managing the team, and taking full control of rotas and P&L, ensuring the operation runs efficiently while exceeding guest expectations.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead, inspire, and motivate a busy front‑of‑house team to deliver service at the highest standard.
  • Ensure every guest enjoys an unforgettable experience from arrival to departure.
  • Take full control of the staff rota, ensuring effective coverage for all shifts and events.
  • Manage P&L, including budgets, cost control, and maximising revenue opportunities.
  • Oversee reservations, events, and day‑to‑day operations efficiently.
  • Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to build a professional, motivated, and high‑performing team.
  • Resolve guest issues with tact and professionalism, ensuring positive outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with the kitchen to deliver seamless service and exceptional dining experiences.
  • Identify opportunities to increase revenue, improve operational efficiency, and enhance guest satisfaction.

  • Proven experience managing a high‑volume restaurant and bar, including rota and P&L responsibility.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.

  • Able to maintain high standards and lead by example under pressure.
