Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of management in fast-paced hospitality, proven guest satisfaction results, and the ability to drive sales while maintaining quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of management experience in high-volume hospitality or QSR.
• Proven track record of delivering excellent guest experiences.
• Experience with P&L management and controlling labour costs.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift teams on the line and dining area.
• Support the General Manager in delivering store results and guest experience.
