A leading recruitment service provider is seeking a Resourcing & Customer Service Assistant to manage candidate databases and support a high-performing recruitment service. In this hybrid role, you will attract candidates through various channels and oversee the selection process while ensuring compliance. The ideal applicant will have experience in administration and recruitment, along with strong communication and IT skills. As a Resourcing & Customer Service Assistant, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing our candidate database and supporting a high-performing recruitment service. You will oversee the flow of candidates between external agencies and hiring managers, coach and mentor team members, and ensure an outstanding experience for both clients and candidates.
