This purpose of this role is to manage supply and demand across an Service Line or within a specific discipline with accountability for executing strategies to meet resourcing needs for client teams and the organisation. They will partner and collaborate with growth, HR, finance, operations and talent acquisition to staff teams timely and ensure excellence in client delivery., We are dentsu. The role is accountable for supporting strategies that meet resourcing needs while upholding brand standards and delivery excellence. It involves close collaboration with growth, HR, finance, operations, and talent acquisition to ensure timely staffing and consistent, high-quality client outcomes.
