Job summary

Engage Services, part of Marston Holdings Limited, is seeking a Resolution Field Agent (Self-Employed, Part-Time). You will visit residential and commercial properties to resolve customer accounts, reconnect services, and support clients facing financial difficulty.

Flexible pattern: minimum two weekdays per week, eight hours per day, with full training and ongoing support. UK-wide work within pre‑agreed postcodes; requires a driving licence and vehicle with business insurance.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence.
• Access to own vehicle with business insurance.
• ULEZ-compliant vehicle if working in London ULEZ zones.
• Clean DBS check.
• Healthy credit history.
• CCJs considered in adverse circumstances with repayment arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Carry out field visits to residential and commercial properties to resolve customer accounts, reconnect services and support those in financial difficulty.
• Collect accurate utility meter readings and engage with clients to progress resolutions.
