Job summary

Engage Services, part of the Marston Holdings Limited group, is seeking a Resolution Field Agent to conduct field visits for utility and financial services clients. This self-employed role supports customers with account resolution, reconnection, and access to support services.

Flexible pattern: minimum 2 weekdays per week, 8 hours per day, with a guaranteed daily rate. Training provided and opportunities to progress within the business.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence required and access to own vehicle with business insurance.
• ULEZ-compliant vehicle required when working in London zones.
• DBS check clean; healthy credit history; CCJs considered with repayment plans.
• Strong organisational, negotiation and case-management abilities; professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Carry out field visits to residential and commercial properties for our clients.
• Resolve customer accounts, reconnect services and provide support for financial difficulties.
• Perform utility meter reads and collect accurate readings as needed.
• Work within UK-wide postcodes from pre-agreed areas and follow company procedures.
