Job summary

Engage Services, part of the Marston Holdings group, is seeking a Resolution Field Agent for flexible self-employed work across the UK. You will visit properties to resolve accounts, reconnect services, and support financially distressed customers.

A strong field presence and professional client communication are essential. We offer flexible working patterns (minimum 2 weekdays), a guaranteed daily rate (£130-£150), full training, and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence required.
• Access to own vehicle with business insurance.
• DBS check clean.
• Healthy credit history; CCJs considered if repayments are arranged.
• Strong organisational, negotiation and case-management skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers and clients.
• Ability to work independently while following policies and objectives.
• Willingness to learn and accept coaching.

Responsibilities

• Carry out field visits to residential and commercial properties.
• Resolve customer accounts and reconnect services when needed.
• Support customers experiencing financial difficulty.
• Take and record accurate utility meter readings.
• Coordinate with clients and ensure compliance with company procedures.
