Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence is required.
• Access to your own vehicle with business insurance.
• DBS check and good credit history are necessary.
• Ability to handle disputes and negotiate with customers.
• Ability to work independently while following policies.

Responsibilities

• Carry out field visits to residential and commercial properties.
• Resolve customer accounts and reconnect services where applicable.
• Provide support to customers experiencing financial difficulty.
• Collect accurate utility meter readings and document interactions.
