Job summary

Engage Services, part of the Marston Holdings group, is recruiting a Resolution Field Agent. This self-employed, part-time role requires a minimum of 2 weekdays per week, with an 8-hour day per shift, undertaking field visits to residential and commercial properties on behalf of clients to resolve accounts, reconnect services, and provide support to customers in financial difficulty.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence required.
• Access to own vehicle with business insurance.
• ULEZ-compliant vehicle when working in London.
• Clean DBS check.
• Healthy credit history; CCJs considered with repayment arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Carry out field visits to residential and commercial properties on behalf of clients.
• Resolve customer accounts and reconnect services.
• Provide welfare utility support and facilitate reconnection where appropriate.
• Collect accurate utility meter readings.
• Identify and manage disputes following company procedures.
