Job summary

Engage Services, part of the Marston Holdings Limited family, is seeking a Resolution Field Agent to work on a self-employed basis across the UK. The role involves visiting properties, resolving utility accounts, reconnecting services and assisting customers facing financial difficulties.

The position offers flexible hours, a guaranteed daily rate, and full training with opportunities to progress within the organisation. Valid UK driving licence and access to a suitable vehicle are essential.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence.
• Access to own vehicle with business insurance.
• ULEZ-compliant vehicle (required when working within London ULEZ zones).
• Clean DBS check
• Healthy credit history
• CCJs considered in adverse circumstances where repayment arrangements are in place
• Strong organisational, negotiation, and case-management skills
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with customers and clients
• Ability to work independently while following company policies, procedures, and objectives
• Ability to identify and manage disputes in line with company procedures
• Open to coaching and feedback to continuously improve performance

Responsibilities

• Carry out field visits to residential and commercial properties on behalf of clients.
• Resolve customer accounts, reconnect services and provide support during financial difficulties.
• Engage in Welfare Utility Visits to connect customers with support services and facilitate reconnection when appropriate.
• Take accurate utility meter readings.
