Job summary

Engage Services, part of the Marston Holdings Limited group, is seeking self-employed Field Agents to visit residential and commercial properties across the UK. You will work to resolve customer accounts, reconnect services, and support customers facing financial difficulties, with flexibility in start times and weekdays.

Successful candidates will have a full UK driving licence, access to a vehicle with business insurance, and a clean DBS check.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence required.
• Access to own vehicle with business insurance.
• ULEZ-compliant vehicle for London zones.
• Clean DBS check.
• Healthy credit history; CCJs considered with repayment arrangements.
• Strong organisational, negotiation and case-management skills.
• Ability to work independently while following company policies and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Carry out field visits to residential and commercial properties on behalf of clients.
• Resolve customer accounts, reconnect services, and provide support to those experiencing financial difficulty.
• Record accurate utility meter readings.
• Work patterns include flexible start times and minimum 2 weekdays per week.
