Job summary

Engage Services, part of the Marston Holdings Limited group, is seeking a Resolution Field Agent (Self-Employed) to visit residential and commercial properties across the UK. You will work on resolving customer accounts, reconnecting services, and supporting customers in financial difficulty while operating as an independent contractor.

This role offers flexible working patterns (minimum two weekdays, eight hours per day), a guaranteed daily rate, full training, and opportunities to progress

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence.
• Access to own vehicle with business insurance.
• ULEZ-compliant vehicle (required when working within London ULEZ zones)
• Clean DBS check.
• Healthy credit history.
• CCJs considered in adverse circumstances where repayment arrangements are in place.

Responsibilities

• Carry out field visits to residential and commercial properties.
• Resolve customer accounts and reconnect services.
• Provide support to customers experiencing financial difficulty.
• Take accurate utility meter readings when required.
