Job summary

Engage Services, part of the Marston Holdings Limited group, is seeking a Resolution Field Agent (self-employed) to carry out field visits to residential and commercial properties on behalf of our clients.

The role covers resolving customer accounts, reconnecting services, and providing support to those experiencing financial difficulty. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle with business insurance are required.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence.
• Own vehicle with business insurance.
• DBS check (clean).
• Healthy credit history.

Responsibilities

• Carry out field visits to residential and commercial properties for client accounts.
• Resolve customer accounts, reconnect services, and provide support to those in financial difficulty.
• Collect accurate utility meter readings where required.
• Follow company policies and procedures; maintain professional communication.
