Job summary

Engage Services, part of the Marston Holdings Limited group, is recruiting a Resolution Field Agent (self-employed). The role involves field visits to residential and commercial properties across the UK to resolve utility accounts, reconnect services, and support customers in financial difficulty.

The position offers flexible hours (minimum 2 weekdays, 8 hours per day) with a guaranteed daily rate and full training.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence.
• Own vehicle with business insurance.
• ULEZ-compliant vehicle for London work.
• Clean DBS check.
• Healthy credit history; CCJs considered with repayment arrangements.
• Strong organisational, negotiation, and case-management skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers and clients.
• Ability to work independently while following company policies and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Carry out field visits to residential and commercial properties.
• Resolve customer accounts and reconnect services.
• Support customers in financial difficulty and facilitate reconnection where appropriate.
• Take accurate utility meter readings.
