Job summary

Engage Services, part of the Marston Holdings Limited group, is recruiting a self-employed Resolution Field Agent. The role offers part-time or full-time hours with a guaranteed daily rate (£130–£150) and nationwide opportunities across pre-agreed postcode areas.

You will visit properties to resolve accounts, reconnect services and support customers in financial difficulty. The position requires a full UK driving licence, access to your own insured vehicle (ULEZ when in London), a clean DBS, and

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence.
• Access to own vehicle with business insurance.
• Strong organisational, negotiation and case-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out field visits to residential and commercial properties.
• Resolve customer accounts and reconnect services on behalf of clients.
• Provide support to customers experiencing financial difficulty and identify appropriate welfare options.
• Collect accurate utility meter readings.
