Job summary

Marston Holdings Limited, via Engage Services, seeks a Resolution Field Agent to visit residential and commercial properties across the UK. You will work as a self-employed, part-time contractor to resolve utility accounts, reconnect services, and guide customers facing financial difficulties.

The role offers flexible hours (minimum two weekdays per week, eight hours per day), full training, and opportunities to progress within the business.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence.
• Access to own vehicle with business insurance.
• ULEZ-compliant vehicle when working within London ULEZ zones.
• Clean DBS check.
• Healthy credit history.
• CCJs considered if repayment arrangements are in place.
• Strong organisational, negotiation, and case-management skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers and clients.
• Ability to work independently while following company policies and objectives.
• Ability to identify and manage disputes in line with company procedures.
• Open to coaching and feedback to continuously improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Carry out field visits to residential and commercial properties on behalf of clients.
• Resolve customer accounts and reconnect services.
• Support customers experiencing financial difficulty.
• Collect accurate utility meter readings.
• Work independently while following client policies and procedures.
