Engage Services, part of Marston Holdings Limited, seeks a self-employed Resolution Field Agent to visit properties across the UK, resolving account issues and reconnecting utilities. The role is offered as part-time or full-time with a guaranteed daily rate and full training.

Expect opportunities to progress within the business, flexible start times, and work across pre-agreed postcode areas. A valid UK driving licence, access to a vehicle with business insurance, and a clean DBS are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle with business insurance.
• ULEZ-compliant vehicle required when working within London ULEZ zones.
• Clean DBS check, healthy credit history, and CCJs considered if repayments are arranged.
• Strong organisational, negotiation, and case-management skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers and clients and to work independently.

Responsabilités

• Carry out field visits to residential and commercial properties.
• Resolve customer accounts and reconnect services on behalf of clients.
• Provide support to those experiencing financial difficulty.
• Engage in utilities-related workstreams including meter reads and reconnections.
