Engage Services, part of the Marston Holdings Limited group, is hiring a Resolution Field Agent (Self‑Employed) to visit residential and commercial properties on behalf of our clients, focusing on resolving customer accounts, reconnecting services and supporting those experiencing financial difficulty.

This role offers a guaranteed daily rate of £130–£150 with flexible hours (minimum two weekdays, eight hours) and UK-wide opportunities.

Formación

• Full UK driving licence is required.
• Access to own vehicle with business insurance.
• ULEZ-compliant vehicle when working within London ULEZ zones.
• Clean DBS check is required.
• Healthy credit history; CCJs considered with repayment plans.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out field visits to residential and commercial properties for clients.
• Resolve commercial and residential utility accounts and reconnect services.
• Provide support to customers experiencing financial difficulty.
• Collect accurate utility meter readings.
