Engage Services, part of the Marston Holdings Limited group, is seeking a Resolution Field Agent who can work on a self-employed basis. The role offers a guaranteed daily rate and flexible hours across the UK, with options for part-time or full-time engagement.

You will visit properties to resolve utility accounts, reconnect services, and connect customers to support available for financial difficulties. Full training and ongoing support are provided.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence.
• Own vehicle with business insurance.
• DBS check
• Healthy credit history.

Responsibilities

• Carry out field visits to residential and commercial properties for our clients.
• Resolve customer accounts, reconnect services, and support customers in financial difficulty.
• Collect accurate utility meter readings and update records.
• Communicate professionally with customers and clients, following company procedures.
