Job summary

Engage Services, part of the Marston Holdings Limited group, seeks a Resolution Field Agent for field visits across the UK. You will handle residential and commercial utilities accounts, reconnect services, and support customers in financial difficulty while maintaining strong client relationships.

This self-employed, part-time role offers flexible hours (minimum 2 weekdays, 8 hours per day) and a guaranteed daily rate.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence.
• Access to own vehicle with business insurance.
• ULEZ-compliant vehicle (required in London ULEZ zones).
• Clean DBS check.
• Healthy credit history.
• CCJs considered if repayment arrangements exist.
• Strong organisational, negotiation and case-management skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers and clients.
• Ability to work independently within company policies.

Responsibilities

• Visit residential and commercial properties to resolve customer accounts.
• Discuss and resolve utility accounts with clients.
• Reconnect services where applicable and support customers facing financial difficulties.
• Collect accurate utility meter readings.
• Promote and adhere to company policies during fieldwork.
