Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Carry out field visits to residential and commercial properties to resolve accounts
• Reconnect services and provide support to customers experiencing financial difficulty
• Engage customers to discuss utility accounts and collect meter readings
• Follow company policies and procedures while managing disputes
