Job summary

Engage Services, part of the Marston Holdings group, is seeking a Resolution Field Agent (self-employed) for either part-time or full-time work. You will visit residential and commercial properties to resolve accounts, reconnect services, and support customers facing financial difficulties.

A guaranteed daily rate applies across UK-wide postings. Role requires a full UK driving licence, access to a vehicle with business insurance, DBS check, and a strong customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational, negotiation, and case-management skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with customers and clients.
• Ability to work independently while following company policies and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Carry out field visits to residential and commercial properties.
• Resolve customer accounts and reconnect services as required.
• Provide support to customers experiencing financial difficulty and facilitate reconnection where appropriate.
• Collect accurate utility meter readings.
• Work across UK-wide postcode areas in line with client requirements.
