Job summary

Engage Services, part of the Marston Holdings Limited group, seeks self-employed Resolution Field Agents for flexible part-time or full-time field work across the UK. You will visit properties to resolve utility accounts, reconnect services and assist customers facing financial difficulty.

Meter readings and client liaison are key duties. Applicants should have a full UK driving licence, access to a vehicle with insurance, and a clean DBS.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence.
• Access to own vehicle with business insurance.
• Clean DBS check.
• Healthy credit history.
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers and clients.
• Strong organisational and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of ULEZ requirements when operating in London.

Responsibilities

• Carry out field visits to residential and commercial properties on behalf of clients.
• Resolve customer accounts and support service reconnections.
• Discuss and resolve utility accounts; collect meter readings.
• Provide guidance to customers facing financial difficulty.
• Operate across multiple workstreams in utilities and welfare services.
