Engage Services is seeking a Resolution Field Agent to perform field visits at residential and commercial properties on behalf of our clients. This self-employed role offers a guaranteed daily rate and flexible hours, with work allocated across pre‑agreed postcode areas.

You will handle utilities-related accounts, reconnection support, and welfare outreach, requiring a full UK driving licence, own vehicle with business insurance, and a clean DBS check.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle with business insurance.
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers and clients.

Responsibilities
