Job summary

Engage Services, part of the Marston Holdings group, is recruiting a self-employed Resolution Field Agent to visit residential and commercial properties on behalf of our clients. You will resolve customer accounts, reconnect services and provide support to those in financial difficulty.

We offer flexible hours (minimum 2 weekdays, 8 hours a day), a guaranteed daily rate of £130-£150, full training and ongoing support, and UK-wide postings in pre‑agreed postcode areas.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence.
• Access to own vehicle with business insurance.
• ULEZ-compliant vehicle (required in London ULEZ zones).
• Clean DBS check.
• Healthy credit history.
• CCJs considered if repayment arrangements exist.
• Strong organisational, negotiation, and case-management skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers and clients.
• Ability to work independently while following company policies and objectives.
• Ability to identify and manage disputes per company procedures.
• Open to coaching and feedback for performance improvement.

Responsibilities

• Discussing and resolving utility accounts.
• Communication & Reconnection - Reconnecting customers with services.
• Welfare Utility Visits - Introducing customers to support services and facilitating reconnection.
• Utility Meter Reads - Collecting accurate utility meter readings.
