Job summary

Engage Services, part of the Marston Holdings Limited group, is recruiting a Resolution Field Agent to visit residential and commercial properties across the UK. You will focus on resolving customer accounts, reconnecting services and offering support to those experiencing financial difficulties.

The role offers flexibility (minimum 2 weekdays, 8 hours per day) and a guaranteed daily rate, with full training and ongoing support. UK-wide opportunities available within pre-agreed postcode areas.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence is required.
• Access to own vehicle with business insurance.
• ULEZ-compliant vehicle when working within London ULEZ zones.
• Clean DBS check.
• Healthy credit history; CCJs considered if repayment arrangements exist.
• Strong organisational, negotiation and case-management skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with customers and clients.
• Ability to work independently while following company policies, procedures and objectives.
• Ability to identify and manage disputes in line with company procedures.
• Open to coaching and feedback to improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Carry out field visits to residential and commercial properties on behalf of clients.
• Resolve customer accounts and reconnect services where appropriate.
• Provide support to customers experiencing financial difficulty.
• Discuss and resolve utility accounts for commercial and residential utilities.
• Collect accurate utility meter readings.
