Marston Holdings Limited is seeking a Resolution Field Agent to perform field visits for clients across the UK. The role emphasizes resolving utility accounts, reconnection of services, and assisting customers facing financial difficulty.

The position offers flexible working patterns, with a minimum of two weekdays per week and eight hours per day, plus full training and ongoing support. A guaranteed daily rate is provided for both part-time and full-time arrangements.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence.
• Access to own vehicle with business insurance.
• ULEZ-compliant vehicle when working in London zones.
• Clean DBS check.
• Healthy credit history.
• CCJs considered if repayment arrangements exist.
• Strong organisational, negotiation and case-management skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers and clients.
• Ability to work independently while following policies and objectives.
• Open to coaching and feedback to improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Resolve utility accounts for commercial and residential clients.
• Discuss welfare utility visits, reconnection and service restoration.
• Collect accurate utility meter readings.
• Manage disputes per company procedures.
