Engage Services, part of Marston Holdings Limited, seeks a Resolution Field Agent (self-employed) to perform field visits for utility clients, focusing on resolving accounts, reconnecting services and assisting customers facing financial difficulties.

Role includes utility meter reads, flexible patterns (minimum 2 weekdays, 8 hours), and full training. Requires a UK driving licence, vehicle with business insurance and a DBS check.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence.
• Access to own vehicle with business insurance.
• ULEZ-compliant vehicle for London work.
• Clean DBS check.
• Healthy credit history.
• CCJs considered if repayment arrangements exist.
• Strong organisational, negotiation and case-management skills.
• Professional communication with customers and clients.
• Ability to work independently within company policies.
• Ability to identify and manage disputes.
• Open to coaching and feedback.

Responsabilités

• Carry out field visits to residential and commercial properties for client accounts.
• Resolve customer accounts and reconnect services.
• Provide support to customers experiencing financial difficulty.
• Collect accurate utility meter readings.
• Work across commercial and residential utilities as part of multi-workstream delivery.
