Job summary

Engage Services, part of the Marston Holdings Limited group, seeks self-employed Resolution Field Agents to visit properties across the UK. You will work on resolving customer accounts, reconnecting services, and assisting customers facing financial difficulties. Training and ongoing support are provided.

The role offers flexible hours (minimum 2 weekdays), a guaranteed daily rate (£130-£150), and opportunities to progress within the business, with work allocated across pre-agreed postcode areas.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence required.
• Access to own vehicle with business insurance.
• Ability to work independently following company policies and objectives.
• Open to coaching and feedback to improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Visit commercial and residential properties to resolve utility accounts.
• Reconnect services and support customers facing financial difficulty.
• Introduce customers to available support services and facilitate reconnection where appropriate.
• Accurately collect utility meter readings.
