Job summary

Engage Services, part of the Marston Holdings Limited group, is hiring a Resolution Field Agent who operates on a self-employed basis. You will visit residential and commercial properties to resolve customer accounts, reconnect services and provide support to those facing financial difficulty.

The role offers a guaranteed daily rate of £130–£150, flexible hours (minimum 2 weekdays), and UK-wide opportunities within pre‑agreed postcodes.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence.
• Access to own vehicle with business insurance.
• ULEZ-compliant vehicle for London ULEZ zones.
• Clean DBS check.
• Healthy credit history.
• CCJs considered in adverse circumstances with repayment plans.
• Strong organisational, negotiation and case-management skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers and clients.
• Ability to work independently while following company policies, procedures, and objectives.
• Ability to identify and manage disputes per company procedures.
• Open to coaching and feedback to continuously improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Visit properties to resolve customer accounts and reconnect services.
• Discuss and resolve utility accounts (commercial & residential).
• Reconnect customers with services and support to those in financial difficulty.
• Take accurate utility meter reads.
