Job summary

Marston Holdings Limited is seeking a Resolution Field Agent (Self-Employed) to visit residential and commercial properties across the UK, resolving customer accounts, reconnecting services and providing support to those facing financial difficulties.

The role offers flexible working patterns (minimum 2 weekdays per week, 8 hours per day) with a guaranteed daily rate, full training, and opportunities to progress within the business.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence
• Access to own vehicle with business insurance
• ULEZ-compliant vehicle (when working in London)
• Clean DBS check
• Healthy credit history
• CCJs considered if repayment arrangements exist
• Strong organisational, negotiation and case-management skills
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers and clients
• Ability to work independently while following procedures
• Ability to identify and manage disputes in line with company procedures
• Open to coaching and feedback to continuously improve performance

Responsibilities

• Carrying out field visits to residential and commercial properties for our clients
• Resolve customer accounts, reconnect services and support those in financial difficulty
• Discuss and resolve utility accounts (commercial & residential)
• Reconnect customers with services and collect accurate utility meter readings
