Job summary

Engage Services, part of the Marston Holdings Limited group, is recruiting a Resolution Field Agent in a self-employed capacity. You will visit properties to resolve accounts, reconnect services, and support customers in financial difficulties across UK postcode areas.

Requirements include a full UK driving licence, access to your own vehicle with business insurance, and DBS checks. Flexible hours and full training are provided, with progression opportunities within the business.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence is required.
• Access to own vehicle with business insurance.
• DBS check is required and a healthy credit history is desirable.
• Strong organisational, negotiation and case-management skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers and clients.
• Ability to work independently and follow company policies.

Responsibilities

• Carry out field visits to residential and commercial properties for clients.
• Resolve customer accounts and discuss reconnection of services.
• Provide support to customers experiencing financial difficulty and facilitate reconnection where appropriate.
• Collect accurate utility meter readings.
• Operate within pre-agreed postcode areas across the UK.
