A UK local authority seeks a Residential Team Leader for Children's Homes to support children with complex needs and lead a dedicated team. This rewarding role requires a Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care and the ability to drive. Responsibilities include supervising shifts, creating a positive atmosphere, and assisting with daily life skills. This position offers a competitive salary of £30,518 to £33,699 a year, plus enhancements, in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Our Childrens Homes are registered with Ofsted and provide support for children and young people with complex needs, ensuring their line individual care plans and needs are met.
The ethos of the service is to provide children with a home‑from‑home experience and enhance and promote their life experiences and independence. You'll also be helping them to prepare for the next stage of their life.

Pay and enhancements:
37 hours per week plus enhancements (up to £4,000 per year)
We work on a 3 shift per 24 hours basis (AM/PM/Nights or sleep‑ins) and our homes are open up to 365 days a year.
This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly known as CRB) to check for any previous criminal convictions.
£30,518 to £33,699 a year, pro rata (plus enhancements – up to £4,000 per year, pro rata).
